These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to the Ecommerce Growth Academy (the "Academy" or "Course") and form a binding legal agreement between you and Ecom180 Ltd.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing access to the Academy. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or use the Academy.

The Ecommerce Growth Academy is an online educational programme built around the CART framework (Customers, Average Order Value, Repeat Purchases, Tracking). It is designed to help ecommerce business owners grow their revenue through structured learning, practical tools, and community support.
We reserve the right to update, amend, or remove course content at any time in order to improve the Academy or reflect changes in best practice. We will not remove content in a way that materially reduces the overall value of the programme during your access period.
The Academy is designed for ecommerce founders and operators who sell physical products through their own ecommerce store (such as Shopify). It is not suitable for Amazon, eBay, or marketplace-only sellers, or for sellers of digital products.
To purchase access to the Academy you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
A contract between you and us is formed when your payment is successfully processed and you receive confirmation of your enrolment. No contract exists before that point.
Your access to the Academy runs for six (6) months from the date of purchase. After this period, your access will expire unless you renew or we otherwise extend it. We are under no obligation to extend access beyond six months.
Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, allow others to access the Academy on your behalf, resell access, or sublicense any part of the Course content.
All payments are processed through Skool (Skool.com, Inc.), which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Skool's Transaction Terms and Privacy Policy.
Prices are displayed at the point of purchase in US dollars (USD). The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices for new purchasers at any time without notice, but any change will not affect purchases already completed.
Skool, as merchant of record, is responsible for calculating and remitting applicable sales taxes and VAT in relevant jurisdictions. The applicable tax (if any) will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions below. We want you to feel confident joining the Academy, and this guarantee reflects that.
You are eligible for a full refund if you request one within 14 days of your purchase date, provided that you have completed at least the first two modules of the Academy (Module 0 and Module 1).
We ask that you work through the first two modules before requesting a refund because the framework and approach only become clear once you have engaged with the foundational content. Refund requests made without evidence of completing those modules may be declined.
To request a refund, email us at info@ecom180.com within 14 days of your purchase date, with your name, email address used to purchase, and a brief reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 10 business days.
Refunds will not be issued after the 14-day window has passed. Refunds will not be issued where we reasonably believe the Academy content has been downloaded, copied, or extracted in a way that goes beyond normal participation in the course.
If you are a consumer based in the EU or EEA, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the Academy content, you acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately upon purchase. Your statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once access to digital content has begun, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights as an EU or EEA consumer.
All content within the Academy — including but not limited to videos, written materials, templates, calculators, frameworks, and the CART methodology — is owned by or licensed to Ecom180 Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Academy content for your own private, non-commercial learning purposes during your access period.

Templates and calculators provided as downloads may be used in your own business but may not be resold or redistributed.
Access to the Academy includes access to a community hosted on the Skool platform. By participating in the community, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove you from the community, suspend your access, or terminate your access to the Academy entirely if you breach these standards. In cases of serious or repeated breach, no refund will be issued.
The Ecommerce Growth Academy provides education, frameworks, and tools. It does not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue increase, or financial result.
The results achieved by any student depend on numerous individual factors including — but not limited to — the nature of their business, their market, their prior experience, how much time they invest, and how consistently they implement what they learn. Testimonials and case studies shared in connection with the Academy represent the experiences of specific individuals and are not a promise that you will achieve the same results.
The Academy is educational in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional business advice. You are solely responsible for all decisions you make in connection with your business. We strongly recommend seeking independent professional advice where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If you are a consumer based in the EU or EEA, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
The Academy is hosted on and delivered through Skool (skool.com), a third-party platform operated by Skool.com, Inc. Your use of Skool is subject to Skool's own Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of the Skool platform, and any issues relating to Skool's platform itself should be directed to Skool's support team. We will endeavour to assist where we reasonably can.
The Academy may also reference or recommend third-party tools, platforms, or services. We are not affiliated with or responsible for those third parties unless expressly stated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or via the Academy community with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the Academy after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The version of the Terms in place at the time you purchased access governs the terms of your purchase. We will not make changes that materially reduce your rights under the original Terms during your access period without your agreement.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms or the Academy, we will always try to resolve it informally in the first instance. Please contact us at info@ecom180.com and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that:
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Earnings Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Academy and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights to enforce that provision in the future.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms to any third party. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity in the event of a business transfer, provided this does not materially affect your rights.
